I've posted Episode 5 and I can feel the bandwidth thrumming. Get your copy now at all the usual places.

Main feed - courtesy AOL Radio
BitTorrent - four flavors, no waiting

Show notes will follow but I've got to get to bed. Toronto awaits. Good night my little twitters.

UPDATE: Some people are complaining about confusing navigation here. I'm working on it. The chief problem is the unexpectedly huge demand for the show in the first few hours.

Normally you could click on the Recent Episodes link to the left and download the show directly.

Unfortunately it's hit and miss getting the podcast from that main feed in the first 12 hours. Our content delivery network, Coral, isn't ever supposed to give you a File Not Found 404 or File Forbidden 403 but it still does when we exceed its capacity. The error returns you to the front page for some reason. I'll work on making the site give you a more comprehensible message when that happens. Keep trying every few hours, though, you'll get the file eventually.

The only really reliable links in the first 24 hours are the BitTorrent feeds. Click the Podcast Info link for a list of all feed addresses.

We are working on getting more reliable feeds up in the next couple of weeks. Please bear with us. No one anticipated the demand. We pushed over 3 terabytes of data last week. We could never do that without BitTorrent and Coral. But neither is perfect.

The problem is that everyone wants the show within the first 10 hours. We're getting a handle on it and I think we'll have a deal in place that will satisfy that demand but it's a couple of weeks off. Meanwhile, thanks for your patience!
